The Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) has welcomed the introduction of new legislation which has made professional indemnity insurance mandatory for all real estate agents in New South Wales.
Changed from the First Home Owners Grant, the FHOCG is designed to stimulate the real estate sector if people buy newly-constructed or off the plan properties.
