The deals brings together the network's biggest business owner in Perth, Vivien Yap, with award-winning leader Hayden Groves. The mega real estate business will operate under the leadership of joint principals Vivien Yap and Breanna Ridge-Singh, uniting sales, auction and property management expertise under one roof.

The newly combined business sees 24 sales agents producing $1 billion dollars in sales annually with a property management division managing more than 700 properties for their landlords.

"There are so many wonderful people in Hayden's business, and we can't wait to support their future ambitions," Ms Yap said.

"The experience and knowledge Hayden brings to the table is significant and we're excited to work with him and benefit from his leadership and longevity."

Mr Groves said the move was a chance to align with the state's top operator.

"Vivien has set the benchmark here in Western Australia, so joining WA's best is very exciting," he said.

"Combined with Breanna Ridge-Singh's experience and leadership in property management, I believe my team is now positioned for ongoing success," he concluded.

“Opportunities like this one don’t come every day; So when the chance for Vivien and I to plan the future with Hayden came it was simply something we couldn’t refuse. I can’t wait to take our team and business to even greater heights,” Ms Ridge-Singh said.

Ray White Group Western Australian Chief Executive Officer Mark Whiteman said the merger was a powerful example of how combining complimentary businesses could accelerate growth.

"Each of these leaders brings something different, but equally powerful, to the table, across sales, auctions, property management, they really have it covered with an exceptional leadership team," Mr Whiteman said.

"We look forward to supporting their broad ambitions."

The newly combined leadership team will initially focus on integrating the two businesses, leveraging shared resources, systems and support structures alongside the deep national resources of the Ray White Group.
