In a major alignment of local expertise and values, three of the Northern Beaches' most respected real estate figures, Kylie Segedin, Melissa Pease and Josephine Cowling, have joined forces with Ray White Northern Beaches.

The trio moves as an established, tight-knit team from a Mona Vale agency, bringing over 100 years of combined local experience to the network.

This transition represents a deliberate choice centered on culture, community alignment, and the future of real estate on the Beaches.

All three agents are lifelong locals who are deeply woven into the fabric of the community, having guided generations of local families through their property journeys.

The collective track record of the incoming team speaks to their deep commitment to the profession and their clients:

  • Kylie Segedin spent more than 34 years at her previous office, where she was the number one salesperson. She's a REINSW member and ranked in the top 1 per cent of her former global network.

  • Melissa Pease was born in Victoria and has called the Northern Beaches home since childhood, later raising her own three boys in the area. She joined the industry in 1998 and has consistently ranked as a top 10 female agent in NSW and top 20 nationally.

  • Josephine Cowling is a licensed agent and auctioneer with 34 years' experience, 28 of them based in Mona Vale. She's a former president of the global Captains Club, representing the top 5 per cent of agents worldwide, and has held international leadership roles within the industry.

The trio have brought their associate of four years, Licensed Real Estate Agent Luka Valkovic, with them. Luka supports the team in running seamless sales campaigns from first inspection through to settlement, and has built a reputation as a strong, skilled negotiator for their clients.

Charles Caravousanos, managing director of Ray White Upper North Shore & Northern Beaches, said the move strengthens the Northern Beaches business with a genuinely high-performing team.

"This is about building on the strength we already have in the Northern Beaches business," Mr Caravousanos said.

"Kylie, Melissa and Josephine bring a level of experience and performance that immediately raises the bar for our team, and that's exactly the kind of growth we want to be known for.

"We're excited to have them on board and looking forward to what they'll help us build here."

David Walker, director of Ray White Upper North Shore & Northern Beaches, said the three women are staples of the Northern Beaches community.

"Kylie, Melissa and Josephine aren't just experienced agents, they're staples of this community," Mr Walker said.

"They've spent decades building relationships with local families, and that kind of trust doesn't come from a transaction. It comes from genuinely caring about people over the long term.

"Having them choose to join us says a lot about the culture we've built, and we're proud to have them as part of the team."

The move reflects a growing trend among the industry's most experienced professionals, who are increasingly drawn to collaborative, forward-thinking team environments that match their personal dedication to the communities they live and work in.
