Sunshine Coast market defies national slow down
Ray White Mooloolaba and Kawana scheduled 30 properties to go under the hammer at its Avani auction event last night, selling more than $20 million in property.
Ray White Mooloolaba and Kawana Waters auctioneer Tiera Butkus said the results achieved at Auctions at Avani were built long before auction day.
“The outcomes resulted from weeks of preparation, communication and disciplined follow up from our team,” she said.
“We worked hard to ensure buyers were informed and ready to compete, while sellers were equally prepared and confident in the strategy behind their campaign.
“That alignment reflects the training, support and tools available within Ray White Mooloolaba and Kawana Waters, where agents are equipped to perform in changing market conditions.”
There will be another opportunity to secure Sunshine Coast property at next week’s event, Auctions at Altitude, where Ray White Maroochydore and Buderim will send 28 lots to auction on Thursday, July 9.
