Roseville family sanctuary hits the market after 35 years
When the current owners first stepped into this Roseville property in 1991, it was a charming three-bedroom Federation cottage.
Among its most distinct, cozy features is a vibrant red living room - a bold interior statement chosen decades ago by the owner’s late wife which has become a beloved heart of the home.
“This home has been in our family for over 30 years - it’s where I was raised, and where my partner and I have shared so many wonderful memories,” said the owner’s daughter, who now also lives at the property with her family.
“What we love most is the quiet privacy and the surprise of the view. From the street, you would never guess the expanse behind it.
“We spend our summers living and cooking on the back deck, taking in the national park and distant mountains.
“It holds a lot of heart, but with my father now retired, it’s time for a new family to move in and create their own memories here.”
