The awards on Friday night recognised the stand-out performers in sales, property management, and administration, highlighting the strength of the brand and the commitment of its members to delivering exceptional customer service.

Ray White Western Australia CEO, Mark Whiteman, congratulated all the winners on their achievements.

Mr Whiteman said this year has been another significant year in growth.

“The market was strong for most of the year and the strength of our people meant we were able to take advantage of it,” Mr Whiteman said.

“Our share of the Western Australian market has never been as strong as it is right now and it’s rising, thanks to all of you wonderful people.

“The market however has changed. Listing numbers have risen three hundred percent since Christmas and sales numbers have slowed by more than 20 per cent.

“We need to change. The challenge for us all is to adapt to these new conditions. The solutions our customers need in this new environment are different from six or 12 months ago.”

Mr Whiteman said: “Our success in the year ahead is in our hands and in our ability and tenacity to rise to and meet this challenge.”

Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont once again proved its dominance, taking home the award for Top Office for Settled Commission, marking their eighth consecutive year of holding this prestigious title. Its principal, Vivien Yap, also took out Top Principal for Settled Commission (pictured above). Ms Yap is also the number four International Principal for the group.

Reflecting on her journey, Ms Yap shared that joining Ray White nine years ago was a choice she never initially imagined making, but it ultimately proved to be an extraordinary turning point.

“I never thought I would ever do it, but boy, was that an amazing decision,” Ms Yap said.

She attributed her team's success to the strength of the network, calling it their primary advantage.

“We have success superpowers because of Ray White, because of Dan and his family, Mark Whiteman, and the entire corporate team,” she said.

“That superpower has truly enabled us to stand where we are today.

“More importantly, it’s our people at work - I really, really love my work family.

“I hope next year we’ll still be standing up here. Hopefully, we’ll double down and work harder - but always smarter - using all the information, support, and guidance we’ve received, embracing everything to achieve even greater success.”

Another standout on the night was Stephen Cole (pictured above) of Ray White Broome, who walked away with dual honours as Top Salesperson for Settled Commission and Top Salesperson for Number of Sales, reflecting both his outstanding results and client service.

Shahbaj Brar, Principal of Ray White BPG, was again named Top Principal for Number of Sales, a testament to his leadership and the strength of his team’s performance.

The Top Office Group for Settled Commission was awarded to Ray White Stocker Preston, while Ray White Geraldton | Dongara earned the title of Top Office for Number of Sales, showcasing their continued excellence in both volume and value across the year.

In the property management sector, Ray White Karratha (pictured above) was recognised for its outstanding results as the Top Office for Performance while Ray White Rockingham | Baldivis was awarded Top Property Management Office for Net Growth.

Individual excellence in property management was also celebrated, with Georgia Higgs from Ray White Port Hedland named Property Manager of the Year, and Doug Corby from Ray White Rockingham | Baldivis took home the title of Property Management BDM of the Year.
