Hosted at the iconic Boathouse on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin, the picturesque lakeside venue provided an idyllic backdrop for buyers and sellers alike.

The strategic event capitalized on lower winter listing numbers to maximize competition before new spring inventory enters the ACT market.

Over three high-energy hours, the team conducted 29 scheduled auctions spanning diverse property types, from $300,000 apartments to $3 million rural estates.

The event achieved 16 successful sales, significantly outperforming current market benchmarks, securing a 55 per cent success rate during the three-hour showcase.

“I thought the agents did an outstanding job negotiating with the bidders we had present,” Ray White Canberra managing director and auctioneer Alec Brown said.

“The Canberra-wide clearance rate has languished around 40 per cent recently, so to see 55 per cent sold in just three hours is a testament to the agents' commitment to getting owners sold for the best possible price in the shortest possible timeframe.

“As the industry leader for auctions across the ACT, Ray White Canberra continues to set the benchmark for high-volume auction success.”

Building on the momentum of Springboard 2026, preparations are already underway for the agency’s next major showcase: the Summer Auction Event, scheduled for January 31, 2027.
