Ray White is proud to welcome Nikoletta Virag and Deepanshu (Deep) Solanki as the proud new owners of Ray White Tea Tree Gully, serving the vibrant communities nestled in the northeastern foothills of Adelaide.

Deep brings six years of dedicated real estate experience to the role, having built a strong reputation selling across the northeast corridor of Adelaide.

The couple live locally in Modbury with their young daughter, giving them a personal connection to the communities they serve from the established leafy suburbs and quality school zones around Tea Tree Gully, to the culturally diverse communities further east and the picturesque hills beyond.

The area's appeal is broad: long-term local residents, international buyers and developers drawn to land opportunities are all part of the fabric. The office is well positioned to grow with the help of sales associate Subh Singh.

Nikoletta and Deep's journey to Adelaide, and to each other, began thousands of kilometres away. Deep, originally from India, was studying in the United Kingdom when the pair met while both working in hospitality in Scotland. Nikoletta, who is Hungarian and has called Adelaide home for a number of years, was Deep's manager at the time.

"I used to be his boss," Nikoletta laughs. "He resigned over a coffee and I realised he was serious. He was persistent, committed, and I couldn't say no. He was not leaving me alone."

The couple married in India in 2013. Deep's younger brother had already made the move from India to Sydney, encouraging them to consider Australia as their permanent home. The pair moved down under in 2017 and Adelaide’s lifestyle, diversity and warmth quickly won them over, and they haven't looked back.

Nikoletta came to real estate following more than 20 years in international hospitality management, working across the USA, Europe, Australia and the UK, including various senior operations management roles with Hilton in Scotland. Nikoletta brings her strong professional background to Tea Tree Gully’s operations and property management division.

Deep says he had long harboured the ambition of building something of his own. Around a year ago, he connected with Ray White South Australia CEO Matt Lindblom, and the conversation set things in motion.

"I always wanted to do business and Ray White is the perfect partner for us, with their well advanced technology for our clients, expert training, marketing and trusted market share," Deep Solanki, Principal, Ray White Tea Tree Gully.

"This area is so special, it has the old-school community feel, great schools, a strong international mix and the beauty of the hills. We live here, we love it here, and we want to help people find what we found."

Matt Lindblom said that with their culturally connected team, and a commitment to looking after every client with genuine care, he knows Ray White Tea Tree Gully is poised for an exciting chapter.

“Nikoletta and Deep are exactly the kind of people you want representing the Ray White brand. They're genuine, hardworking and really connected to their community. They're going to do great things in Tea Tree Gully."
