The rollout started Tuesday, 17 March at the Maroochy RSL on the Sunshine Coast, with a packed room of property managers and BDMs, followed by an afternoon session for sales agents. The roadshow is set to continue on the Gold Coast next week, marking the first phase of a state-wide commitment to high-performance compliance.

While much of the industry has left agents to navigate the 2026 CPD requirements via external providers, Ray White has doubled down on its Best in Market philosophy by integrating CPD directly into its own training program.

By "backing its own content", the group ensures that legislative requirements are taught through the lens of Ray White’s proprietary technology and world-class sales and management processes.

Ray White Queensland CEO, Jason Andrew, said the sessions are a testament to the group’s focus on being proud of every transaction.

"When we shared this vision with our business owners late last year, the goal was clear: we wanted to take the friction out of CPD and replace it with a competitive advantage. Today is about delivering on that promise. Being Best in Market means we don't just meet the standard; we set it,” he said.

he partnership is a unique internal collaboration with QRET co-owned by Ray White Townsville franchisees Giovanni and Santo Spinella alongside Bonny Jaggard, who brings 20 years of industry experience to the table.

Having worked together in real estate for over a decade, the trio’s deep understanding of Ray White allowed for a training solution uniquely tailored to the group's needs.

QRET director and Ray White Townsville principal, Giovanni Spinella, said the partnership was a natural fit.

"As franchisees ourselves, Santo and I understand the pressure of balancing growth with compliance,” he said.

“We didn't want our Ray White colleagues just sitting through generic training that has no bearing on their day-to-day.

“We partnered with the corporate team to ensure this content speaks the Ray White language. “It’s about more than just a certificate; it’s about providing the network with a streamlined pathway to stay at the top of their game while saving them time and money."

The administrative burden of tracking CPD can be significant. This partnership provides Ray White members with a dashboard to monitor their progress, while offering a $100 annual saving compared to retail offerings.

Monique Hayden, general manager of Ray White Queensland, highlighted the focus on their differentiators.

"The feedback today at the Maroochy RSL has been incredible. While these Type 1 sessions cover the fundamentals, our focus is on those differentiators. Taking the basics and showing how our tools and technology can be used to win. We’re removing the administrative nightmare for our business owners and giving our agents back their most valuable asset: time,” she said.

Voices from the frontline:

Danielle Antonello, Head of Property Management Department for Ray White Maroochydore

"I’ve been with the group for 12 years, and the knowledge I’ve gained from sessions like today has provided the springboard for my entire development. It’s wonderful that the Ray White training we know and trust is now recognised for CPD; it gives everyone a reason to engage. These days validate that we’re on the right track and provide those nuggets of gold that we can implement to become better in our roles. I love being able to take these lessons back to onboard and elevate my own team."

"This initiative is a massive step in further professionalising the industry. By combining mandatory CPD with practical, real-world tools, we are supporting our agents to be proud of every interaction. It’s opening their eyes to the massive opportunities that exist within our own platforms to help support the team create a better experience for our buyers while servicing our sellers. It’s rare to find training that hits the compliance mark while simultaneously driving business growth".

The CPD sessions will continue to roll out across Queensland throughout the year, ensuring all Ray White members have access to the program.
