It was standing room only at Damien Cooley’s auction room in Double Bay on a cracking day where more than 150 people came to watch the market action.
Ray White Phillips & Co sold 7 out of 13 properties scheduled for auction, representing a 53 per cent clearance.
There were three active bidders who fought it out for the keys at 29 Campbell Street, Waverley which young gun selling agent Kenji Fukushima sold for $5.5 million in front of the packed auction room.
The top sale was 92 Ocean Street, Bondi (pictured above) which Alexander Phillips sold prior for $9,000,000.
Damien Cooley said there was active bidding on 4 out of the 6 properties up for auction today, as the rest sold just prior to today.
