Over the past 12 months, Mr Diamantidis has built out a team of four in the suburb ahead of the formal launch, positioning the office to compete for market share the moment its doors officially open under the Ray White banner. The United group continues to grow its markets in line with the ambitions of its people, with a healthy mix of established and emerging talent.
Mr Diamantidis, who has spent 24 years in real estate after starting in property management at just 15, said Quakers Hill filled a strategic gap in the United Group's Western Sydney footprint.
"It's a link between the markets," Mr Diamantidis said. "If you're selling in Quakers Hill, you might be upgrading to the Hills district, or coming up from the Blacktown market, this office connects the dots between our existing locations, and we think there's real opportunity in that middle ground."
The launch takes Ray White United Group to nine offices, with a tenth already locked in to open by the end of the year. Across the group, Mr Diamantidis now oversees a team of around 139 people, managing more than 4,500 properties and completing roughly 1,300 sales transactions a year.
Our expansion into Quakers Hill exemplifies our ambition to grow, compete and ultimately be the best in the market. We don’t enter markets to participate; we enter them with the intention of building a leading business and creating a genuine point of difference for our clients,” said Alex Pattaro, General Manager.
"We've spent the past year building the right team on the ground so that when we launch, we're not starting cold, we're launching with momentum," said Mr Pattaro.
"This office gives our clients across Western Sydney and the Hills district a genuine local option, backed by the systems and support of one of the biggest networks in the country."

Ray White NSW Chief Executive Officer Tim Snell said Peter Diamantidis' expansion into Quakers Hill was the natural next step for an operator who always backed himself from day one.
"Peter has never done anything by half measures. He's grown Ray White United Group from a single office into one of the strongest networks in Western Sydney and the Hills, and he's done it methodically, building the team and the market position first, then formalising it under the brand," Mr Snell said.
“Supporting Peter to pursue this opportunity was an easy decision, his ambition has been consistent from the very start, and his results back it up."
