Led by Pete Fallon, director of Ray White Woodcroft, along with his long term colleague and good friend Cain Dover, the expansion marks a new chapter for the duo, who both joined the network in April 2023.

The new office creates a powerful synergy between the two locations, allowing the team to seamlessly cater to buyers looking for either a “sea change” in Hallett Cove or a “tree change” in Woodcroft.

Both suburbs have high rates of owner-occupiers who value a strong sense of community.

For Cain, the move represents a significant milestone in his leadership progression.

“I am incredibly grateful to be opening Ray White Hallett Cove with Pete in such a thriving coastal suburb,” Cain said.

“I look forward to making a positive impact within the community and for our clients as we continue to deliver the exceptional service that Ray White Woodcroft is known for.”

“I’m also excited to build a strong team at Ray White Hallett Cove and support each team member in achieving their goals.”

The expansion is also set to create fresh opportunities for real estate talent in the region.

Cain and his team will be operating out of the new Hallett Cove office, which opens up physical space and growth opportunities for new staff across both locations.

“The exciting thing about the expansion is the opportunities it creates, both for new agents and existing agents looking for a change,” Pete said.

The new office will build on the strong community foundation they have established over the past three years, which has included supporting Woodcroft College and volunteering with the Woodcroft & Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre.

“We are now reaching more families across a wider range of the southern suburbs, with both Woodcroft and Hallett Cove deemed to be a suburb that families often upgrade into.” Cain said.

Ray White South Australia CEO Matt Lindblom congratulated Pete and Cain on the opening of the new Hallett Cove office.

“Pete and Cain are professional operators who truly understand the needs of families in Adelaide’s south,” Mr Lindblom said.

“Their expansion into Hallett Cove creates a brilliant link between the coast and the foothills, and we are incredibly proud to support them as they continue to grow market share and champion their local community.”
