Selling the property on behalf of his late father, Mr Boyle recalls growing up in a home that was always full of life.
“Dad bought the place back in 1979 when it was brand new, and he loved it so much he never left,” Mr Boyle said.
“My four brothers and I grew up together in that house. It was a fantastic street with plenty of kids our age.
One of Mr Boyle’s brothers moved in temporarily to help their dad when he became sick, however he passed away in August last year.
“Because dad lived there for over 40 years and never renovated, the home is definitely in its original condition and ready for a full rebuild or knockdown,” he said.
“It would suit a young builder or chippy who can construct economically and end up with one of the biggest blocks in the area, or someone looking to build their dream forever home.”
