“This house is really unique,” Mr Ma said.
“I was telling the buyer, if you don’t buy it now you will be waiting 15 to 20 years to get something like this - don’t miss out!”
Mr Ma said he expected three registered bidders, however the fourth bidder registered during the auction. He said the property had been held by the same owner since it was built.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman said there were strong crowds at Ray White auctions in WA showing buyers are still keen to take advantage of the better buying conditions.
“More properties for sale (6770 according to REIWA) giving buyers more choice has seen our agents working hard to provide their sellers with the best feedback and information to make the important decision of what price to sell at,” he said.
“There is a lot of interest and activity in the WA market, however closing the gap between seller expectations and buyer's limitations is the key to negotiating sales in today's environment.”
