Ray White Dandenong announces new partnership and new chapter
Ray White Dandenong has announced a significant new chapter for the business, with director Ben Jusufi welcoming rising sales star Mo Zeitouneh as a business partner.
The newly formed partnership will see the agency relocate to a new, purpose-fitted premises in Dandenong - its core and most beloved suburb - with a full refurbishment underway to create a modern, future-ready environment for clients and the team alike.
The evolution of the business comes as the current Ray White Dandenong operation undergoes a partnership transition, with Ben remaining at the helm of the Ray White brand in Dandenong, carrying forward 16 years of local expertise and a reputation as the suburb's number one agency.
Ben, 35, has been a fixture of the Dandenong real estate market since 2009, bringing with him an impressive track record established over years in the industry.
“Mo and I share the same values, the same drive, and the same vision for what Ray White Dandenong can become,” Ben said.
“This is more than a business decision. It’s a partnership built on trust, brotherhood, and a genuine belief in each other. We’re excited to take this to the next level together.”
Mo, 27, is widely regarded as one of the most exciting emerging agents in Melbourne’s South East, having established himself as the market leader in Endeavour Hills.
Beginning his real estate career as Ben’s assistant in 2019, Mo has developed from the ground up over seven years, growing into a high-performing sales professional with an impressive record of results and a loyal client base.
“For me, this milestone is incredibly meaningful,” Mo said.
Ben has been an extraordinary mentor. I owe so much of my success to his guidance. To now stand alongside him as a business partner is something I’m deeply proud of.
‘We’re aligned on everything that matters: our values, our goals, and our commitment to our clients and community.”
The experienced Ray White Dandenong sales team will join the new business, continuing its dedicated service to the local community.
Dandenong remains one of Melbourne’s most compelling real estate markets defined by extraordinary diversity, said Ben.
“From entry-level properties that open the door for first home buyers, through to multi-million-dollar homes sought after by upsizers and investors, the suburb offers genuine opportunity across every price point,” he said.
Ben and Mo’s combined experience and deep community connections position Ray White Dandenong to serve this diverse and growing market better than ever.
“Our immediate priority is to build momentum by strengthening team capability, growing market share across key suburbs, and cementing their status as the number one agency in the area before expanding through strategic recruitment and broader business development,” Mo said.
CEO of Ray White Victoria and Tasmania Domenic Belfiore said: “Ben and Mo represent exactly the kind of leadership that drives Ray White forward - experienced, community-minded, and deeply committed to delivering outstanding results for their clients”.
“This partnership is a natural evolution, and the investment they’re making in their people, their office, and their community is a clear signal of their ambitions,” Domenic said.
