Spanning 325sqm of architectural luxury, the apartment at 26/24 Woodroffe Avenue, Main Beach offers 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, the Broadwater, and the Gold Coast hinterland.

The couple, who moved in upon the building’s completion in September 2023, are moving due to lifestyle changes while remaining on the Gold Coast.

“The position is what first attracted us - being steps from the dining hub of Tedder Avenue while retaining completely unobstructed beach and ocean views,” Ms van Ek said.

“The north-facing orientation ensures the apartment is bathed in light all day, which we maximise across three separate balconies.”

The couple is selling due to lifestyle changes but will remain on the Gold Coast.

Ms van Ek said there were several standout features of their home including 325sqm of single-level living with no adjoining neighbours.

There are three oversized bedrooms, each featuring a private ensuite, as well as multiple terraces including a dedicated barbecue area with an outdoor wine fridge and ceiling mounted heat bars for year-round entertaining.

Ms van Ek said her family had enjoyed many milestone celebrations there including Easter and Christmas.

“It is always special with families, and having the grandkids stay with us,” she said.

Residents of ‘White’ also gain access to a comprehensive suite of wellness amenities, including a 25-meter heated lap pool, spa, steam room, full gym, and a professional boardroom.
