Win your rent or mortgage for free!
Do you want to win free rent or your mortgage paid for six months?
Local community-focused real estate agency, Ray White AKG on Brisbane’s southside, has partnered with RealtyAssist has just kicked off a competition open to anyone in Queensland to win $12,000 to put towards their mortgage or rent.
The team’s biggest giveaway is now live, and they see it as their way of giving back to the communities that they live in.
Ray White AKG owner Avi Khan has been blown away by the early response.
There were more than 1400 entries in the first two hours of the competition going live on social media.
“We recognise that cost of living pressures are very real, it’s hard for many people right now. It’s hard for many tenants and mortgage holders to make ends meet and we want to help,” Mr Khan said.
“We are a community focused agency with offices in Marsden, Daily Hill, Eight Mile Plains, Brookwater and Springfield. We want to be known as the agency that cares. Last year we helped 63 groups – with donations ranging from $50 up to $10,000 for local organisations, charities, schools and individual causes.
“We are an agency that cares and we will always be known to chip in and help in our communities.” We’re extremely pleased to have likeminded RealtyAssist team up with us to support this great cause to make it possible.
For example, the AKG team just built a community notice board in Greenbank for everyone to post on.
“Want to improve the communities that we live in, and give back. We are naturally known for our first class real estate services but of course it’s more than that.
“We are excited that a like minded company like Realty Assist Australia came onboard to help us execute our vision”
“There’s $12,000 up for grabs, which could be a dream come true for someone!”
“We hope community groups see us doing this and reach out as our agents and staff want to give back more.
“Ultimately we want to improve the communities we live in. This campaign we hope also highlights the cost of living pressures out there for everyday Queenslanders and it starts a wider conversation about rental affordability and cost of borrowing especially for first home owners.”
RealtyAssist State Director QLD Christian Chaplin said: “We’re always happy to support agencies that are community focused. Given the fierce competition in the rental market affecting tenants and the affect interest rate rises is having on mortgage holders it was a no brainer for us to be involved.”
The competition is open for 45 days to anyone who lives in Queensland – a tenant or a mortgage holder.
The AKG team will draw the winner using a random system generator and film it live on their socials.
