“But added to that, we have the backing of Australasia’s largest real estate agency. We are able to give our clients exposure across a huge network with hundreds of offices around the country.
”The rural property market has enjoyed enormous growth in the last two years, while agriculture has continued to remain strong. Mr Wilson said the team at Ray White Rochester have experience across the board in the rural and residential, commercial and development sectors, as well as water broking.
“We’re surrounded by dairy farms and horticulture along with dry acreage for cropping. We’re able to cover all bases across the residential and rural landscape,” he said.

“This area has also just been through its second flood in 11 years. We’re a tight knit community and that spirit has shown through with everyone embracing and supporting each other.
”Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens congratulated Mr Wilson on taking his next step into business leadership with Ray White.
“We are thrilled that Stuart has stepped up as director of Ray White Rochester, joining long time business owner Robert Hosking,” Mr Dullens said.
“Stuart has demonstrated his commitment to his clients continuously and this was acknowledged last year when he was awarded the Ray White Clients’ Choice award across the whole group.
“I have no doubt he will continue to be an asset to our group and continue to provide excellent service to the Rochester and surrounding communities. I look forward to celebrating their success for many years to come.”
