The office, with a team of five is located on Lithgow’s iconic Main Street.
Beginning her career answering telephones for her local real estate office, Jaharn’s natural affinity as a people’s person saw her become a success in property management.
When deciding to make the move to owning her own business, Jaharn wanted to be with the market leaders.
“I chose Ray White because I have always believed they are the leaders and change with the times. The White family’s story is also one of the biggest draw cards to the culture that has been created in this network,” she said adding that the fact that the business is based on family values is a massive draw card for her.
“I also always believed in the brand, especially after dealing with Ray White offices both in NSW and in Queensland myself,” she said.
Ray White NSW CEO Stephen Nell said Jaharn and her team will be an asset to the Ray White network, “It’s great to see this new office in Lithgow open its doors and we expect some great initiatives and even greater success to come,” he said.
Jaharn hopes to establish a business that the locals in the community will love.
“As an office, we hope to achieve longevity and continue to grow, our town is a very strong sporting town and we hope to work closely with the community and our local athletes to promote, support and help them succeed with the backing of Ray White,” she said.
She added that through the local community support network, and the outstanding service they aim to provide through achieving the best price for their clients while being the local community’s most approachable office.
“Nearly 17 years later I still can honestly say that I care about my clients, and I am grateful that they trust me with their homes. It can be a very emotional experience, and to be a part of that journey is something I enjoy and value.”
