Stuart and Vanessa Sinclair have opened the brand new Ray White Tea Gardens on the beautiful mid North Coast of NSW at 1/166A Myall Street, Tea Gardens.

The pair bring to the network a strong background in the tourism industry and successful careers in hotel and resort management, and are looking forward to their move into real estate.

“We chose Ray White because it’s the biggest brand in Australia,” said Vanessa.

“We look forward to bringing to the area a nationally and internationally recognised brand, and hit the ground running with our own experience and strength in the tourism property market together with the strength of a network with over 1000 offices in the country.”

After 11 years managing resorts and hotels in the Nelson Bay and Fingal Bay area the coupe then took on the management rights of The Boathouse Resort from the Oaks Group growing the occupancy rate from a 55 per cent average up to 79 per cent.

Their exposure to the landlords whose properties they managed through the resort led to great relationships and Stuart was instrumental in the sale of many units within the complex.

They bring to the Ray White network skills in efficient management and excellent customer service, support of the local community via participation and sponsorships.

After the successful sale of the Boathouse Resort in 2013 both Stuart and Vanessa have been employed with Rsllifecare, Vanessa heading up customer service and Stuart selling houses for Tea Gardens Grange, marketing, expos and maintenance.

“We are excited to again venture into our own business and both look forward to an exciting career in Real Estate,” said Vanessa.

“We hope to bring a fresh, honest and vibrant vibe to real estate in the area with professionalism, trust and ethics paramount to our success, and to be proud of everything we achieve during our real estate journey,” added Stuart.

The couple also flagged the importance of being a truly local player in their community of paramount importance.

“We both understand and respect the importance of being part of the local community... We encourage the potential and growth of our next generation and will support many initiatives for the health of both individuals and our community,” said Vanessa.

According to both, they want to help their clients and community by achieving the ultimate success for each and every person they come into contact with.

Their office will see both Stuart and Vanessa as Principal’s, joined by their property manager Lisa Hamilton and one more staff member, and hope to establish a welcoming office environment.

“We look forward to forming lifelong and genuine relationships built on trust, knowledge, confidentiality and professionalism,” said Stuart.
