Four employees of Ray White Townsville were recognised for their loyalty to the group, all receiving an award for ten years of service at a recent awards ceremony.
The Ray White North Queensland awards night was held on Sunday 19 October 2014 and rewarded the Ray White Group’s most successful businesses in the top end.
Debbie Irvine, Louise Muston, Margaret Hill and Joanne Martel have worked for Ray White Townsville for a collective 42 years.
“All four women play a critical role in our business and we are so grateful for their hard work and loyalty. I’m very proud of their achievements over the past ten years.
With a varied skill set, all four women work in very different areas of the business.
“Debbie is our contracts manager, Louise manages our trust accounts and works in property management, Margaret is a sales contractor and Joanne is our office administrator.
“Without all of them, our business simply wouldn’t work the way it does today,” Helen Munro, principal of Ray White Townsville said.
For the Ray White Group, recognising long service is standard practice and something that not only celebrates past success but also future ambition.
“These tenure awards are a celebration of our greatest asset - our people.
“We not only recognise the extraordinary long-serving success of Ray White Townsville, but also acknowledges their ambition as we look forward to 2015,” says Tony Warland, CEO Ray White Queensland.
