“I intend to get the best out of Homebush. It’s a broad suburb with a very multicultural demographic and has the best of both worlds, high density as well as very unique and impressive homes. There is also a lot of development going on in the area - so there’s lots of opportunity and it’s definitely an area that is well and truly in demand,” he said.
“It branches out into a lot of new suburbs like Olympic Park, Wentworth Point and Newington and then there are the suburbs like Strathfield where there are some beautiful grand established homes. There’s a real mix, and a lot going on so it’s a very exciting place to be.”
