Boutique real estate identity Anthony Doumanis started his first real estate business from his business partner’s garage in Kyle Bay more than three years ago and now he is joining the biggest brand in Australian real estate to open Ray White Hurlstone Park.

With a lifelong interest in real estate, it was a no brainer for Anthony to enter the property industry and with several years behind him before opening his own boutique agency, Anthony was able to start from nothing and organically grow a business which serviced the entire Sydney area.

Now, concentrating on the area he knows best, Anthony will bring his boutique success to a big brand, while maintaining the know how and service his clients have become accustomed to.

“I am a fan of the Ray White brand, its colours and what it represents, and I am excited to build a structure and ensure my team are receiving the best training and tools the industry has to offer,” he said.

Specialising in property management, Anthony, who manages the properties of many socceroos identities, will be joined by a team of successful local sales agents and he intends to make a point of being the very first point of contact for each and every customer that walks through his doors, offering the same high level service consistently across all levels of his client’s real estate journey, whether buying, selling, renting or investing.

Ray White NSW CEO Stephen Nell said he is certain that Anthony will make a significant impact on the local industry, “Anthony has an extremely impressive background and career, and the fact that he was able to do so well building his own business from the ground up speaks for itself. We have no doubt that with the tools, structure and technology available through Ray White, Ray White Hurlstone Park will reach unrivalled levels,” he said.

Kicking off with a team of five, Anthony intends to grow the family at a rapid and successful rate, and with impressive career milestones such as securing the sale of two developments in Sydney from his garage office under his belt, success is not a foreign concept.

“I want to grow the family and build a big team of fresh faces who will make an impact in the area. I hope to grow the business rapidly within the first 3-4 months and look forward to making a significant impact and making Ray White Hurlstone Park the dominant agency in the region,” said Anthony.

Ray White Hurlstone Park’s doors are now open at shop 4/753 New Canterbury Road Dulwich Hill, and Anthony and his team look forward to providing unrivaled service to each of their customers along their property journey.
