This architectural masterpiece benefits a multitude of living zones, designer kitchen with high end appliances + butler's pantry, lift to six levels, pool, spas, gymnasium, executive office, wine cellar, oversized cocktail bar, additional self-contained level with kitchen, theatre room + optic fiber lights with projector, surround sound, elevated seating and everything you would expect from a property finished to perfection.
Home owner Sharon Panettiere said her favourite aspect of the three year old six-level house was the view as it’s "different every day and night.”
"When I am at home, I wanted to feel like I’m at home,” Ms Panettiere said.
"I love my kitchen as we have one oven for meats, one oven for desserts, one steam oven for the veggies - it is truly an entertainer’s delight.
"The entertainment bar, BBQ and teppanyaki areas for the celebrations all year round. On the fourth level is our master wardrobe - which is my shop! And the sanctuary balcony is perfect for peaceful morning yoga.”
Ms Panettiere said the fifth level was like a “home away from home” – with outdoor spa and gas fire pit to take in the night sky’s.
"When you want some fun then head to level one where there is the gym, pool, spa, outdoor projector leads to the after zone plus the cinema room and down to the cellar. Not to forget the garages have to be my husband’s domain with his cars and more car space storage and the workshop room.”
Ms Panettiere said the little details were most important during the build.
"The timber on the front door was sourced from the old jetty out front, and we still have the nails and bolts through the timber. With research, we found the salvage yard holding the old timber from the jetty so it adds some special charm to the home.”
Ray White Ascot agent Damon Warat and Ray White East Brisbane principal David Price have the listing for sale via a tender, closing Tuesday September 25 at 3pm.
