Real estate dynamos join Ray White Upper North Shore

SUPERSTAR agents Scott Phillips (pictured above) and Jessica Cao are the newest recruits to join the market leading Ray White Upper North Shore sales team.

Both originally coming from a business and sales background, Mr Phillips started out in finance and technology while Ms Cao began her career in international sales. To add to this, the pair will also be bringing a wealth of real estate experience to the table.

The new Upper North Shore agents are also long-time locals, both saying they know the area inside out and are excited to use their expertise to help their clients get the best outcomes.

“I was born and bred on the Upper North Shore and have been living in Gordon for the past 20 years so I am a big fan of the lifestyle the north shore has to offer,” Mr Phillips said.

Ms Cao echoed this saying since moving to Sydney in 2013 she hasn’t been eager to leave the Upper North Shore.

“My family and I have been living here for seven years and my kids go to the local schools,” Ms Cao said.

“As a local mum, I know a lot about the schools, the playgrounds, the sports fields, public transport, local shops and all the benefits our community has to offer.”

Mr Phillips has achieved consecutive awards for his sales in Killara in 2019 and 2020 while Ms Cao (pictured above) won Rookie of the Year in her first year of sales as well as Agent of the Year in Lindfield in 2017 and 2020.

But both agents are looking to the future and when it comes to achieving goals they are ready to hit the ground running with the Upper North Shore agency.

“What attracted me to the Ray White Upper North Shore team is they are an exceptionally talented group of high energy agents, working for an organisation that values and supports their agents' success,” Mr Phillips said.
