A born and bred Upper North Shore rising star has celebrated his eighth year in the real estate industry by joining the leading real estate group as a sales agent.
From a young age, Domenic Maxwell had always been fascinated by property, and by the time he had finished school, he wasted no time in pursuing his dream.
“The idea of selling property captivated me from a young and age, and when you combine that with my love of communication, real estate really is my ideal career,” said Mr Maxwell, who has just joined Ray White Upper North Shore.
“I absolutely love being in front of people and providing a path for people to walk along to achieve their property goals.
“I know the area like the back of my hand having lived here all my life, and having a deep understanding of particular local markets, is a real advantage for people wanting to buy and sell.
“Local knowledge makes people feel more comfortable and I love nothing more than when someone entrusts me with their home.
“Whether it was my first deal or my last deal, the buzz of achieving the best result for a client never goes away.”
Mr Maxwell said he had kept a keen eye on Ray White across the Upper North Shore and was impressed by the operation.
“Ray White is the biggest name in real estate in Australia and it was pretty clear to me they were providing an excellent service in the area,” he said.
“It was really attractive to me, I knew I could grow my business under the Ray White name and I loved that they already had such a great local reputation.
“The directors are such great people and the team is full of genuinely good people. The energy, support and office culture was just too good to ignore.
“I’m also incredibly pleased to be bringing my marketing, administration and client experience guru Alex Connors along with me, she has been an integral part of my business for the past two years.”
