Ray White Group has concluded an exceptional 2025, delivering the most comprehensive training and development program in Australian real estate history, with over 13,000 members across Australia and New Zealand participating in a year-long commitment to professional excellence and industry leadership.

Throughout 2025, the group recorded more than 24,782 attendee registrations across 109+ events, including national programs and more than 100 state-based events, ensuring the group’s 13,000 members were continuously supported throughout the year.

"No other real estate group in Australia invests in their people at this scale," said Mark McLeod, Ray White Chief Strategy Officer. "We don't just talk about raising the bar, we've built an entire infrastructure dedicated to ensuring every Ray White member has access to world-class training, regardless of their location or experience level."

Real Estate of Origin: Breaking Records

The network's signature performance events delivered extraordinary results across three Real Estate of Origins, generating 9,780 total registrations combining 8,630 member and 1,150 office registrations in total.

The momentum built throughout the year, with February attracting 2,574 member registrations and 364 offices, June growing to 2,666 member registrations and 366 offices, and October surging to 3,390 member registrations and 420 offices.

The 19th Real Estate of Origin in October shattered previous records during a 12-hour performance marathon. The network made 127,593 calls and booked 14,439 appraisals, achieving an impressive 11.3 per cent conversion rate, one appraisal for every nine calls. More than 333 property managers and BDMs participated, proving this event transcends traditional sales roles.

Queensland led the charge with 5,492 appraisals, followed by New Zealand with 4,710 and Victoria/Tasmania contributing 1,597. Ray White Manukau claimed Top Appraising Office with 516 appraisals, while Charlie Brothers took Top Appraising Salesperson with an impressive 161 appraisals.

Comprehensive Training Pathways

Ray White's structured training curriculum saw exceptional participation across multiple programs designed for different career stages and specialisations. The Compass Program attracted 573 registrations across 12 intakes, delivering multi-session skill development in all states. The intensive Plan, List, Sell workshop series generated 3,498 registrations, with Plan attracting 700 participants, List drawing 1,241, and Sell commanding 1,557 registrations.

Advanced development opportunities through the Pathways Program saw 66 registrations, while 96 members participated in Leading Your Team, and 62 people attended Elevate sessions for senior leadership. These multi-session programs provided agents and new business owners the skills to take their businesses to the next level by utilising all of Ray White's unique support and tools.

Connect Conference: Industry's Premier Event

Ray White Connect brought together over 3,000 attendees for Australia's premier real estate industry conference in August. The event featured 10 world-class keynote speakers covering market insights, digital transformation, and leadership excellence, alongside specialised breakout sessions across sales, property management, marketing, and technology.

The conference's impact extended beyond professional development, with over $50,000 raised for the fight against homelessness. An unforgettable International Awards Night celebrated network excellence, followed by the legendary "Out of This World" closing party that brought the entire network together in celebration.

Ray White's training infrastructure ensures no member is left behind. The group delivered over 100 state-based events complementing national programs, with offerings spanning NSW/ACT, Victoria/Tasmania, Queensland, South Australia/Northern Territory, Western Australia, and New Zealand. Multiple intake cycles throughout the year ensured flexible participation, utilizing a mix of in-person, online, and hybrid delivery models to maximise accessibility.

"This isn't just about Ray White, this is about elevating the entire real estate industry," said Mark McLeod. "When you invest in 13,000 professionals across 109+ events with nearly 25,000 training registrations, you're not just building better agents, we hope to help every agent to level up and service their clients. Our ambition is to always be proud of every transaction.”

The comprehensive approach ensures members at every stage of their career have access to relevant, timely training. New agents receive foundational skills through programs like Compass, experienced agents sharpen their edge through Plan, List, and Sell workshops, leaders develop their teams through specialized leadership programs, and the entire network unites three times annually for Real Estate of Origin performance days.

With excitement already building for the 20th Real Estate of Origin in 2026 and continued expansion of training offerings, Ray White's commitment to member development shows no signs of slowing.

"When the Ray White network comes together, the sky's the limit," said Mark McLeod.

"These numbers represent thousands of individual stories, agents who closed their first deal after a Plan workshop, teams who transformed their culture after Compass, offices that shattered records on Real Estate of Origin day. That's what this investment is really about: changing lives and building careers."
