As the group marks 123 years of innovation and leadership in real estate, Ray White has cemented its dominance with a combined market share of 14.27 per cent across Australia and New Zealand.
The group's expansion in 2025 highlights the continued trust and ambition within the Ray White network.
From January to November, the group welcomed 55 new offices across Australia and New Zealand to finish the year with 1000 offices.
In New South Wales alone, there have been nine new offices open their doors for the calendar year so far.
Ray White New South Wales CEO Tim Snell attributed the growth as being a direct result of the team's tireless efforts and their alignment with the core values that have always been at the heart of Ray White.
“Opening nine offices in a single year is no small feat. It speaks volumes about the calibre of our team and their genuine embrace of the principles the White family has always championed,” Mr Snell said.
Beyond the residential sector, Ray White Rural welcomed five new offices, and the RWC network also added five new offices, further strengthening the group's diverse offering.
In New South Wales, after four years with Ray White Eastern Beaches, principal and head of property management James Hayashi, together with directors Angus Gorrie and Nader Hotait (pictured above) opened Ray White Bondi Junction.
With two locations in Coogee and Waverley, Mr Hayashi said they were looking for a rent roll that aligned with their core values.
Bondi Junction is located to the west of Bondi Beach and is “the hub of the Eastern Suburbs”, with lots of development underway, said Mr Hayashi, who has more than 20 years’ industry experience.
"Bondi Junction is a key market with both strong sales and rental demand”.
In South Australia, Ross Whiston and Sallyann Vivian, the dynamic leaders of Ray White Gawler East, announced merging their business and team with Ray White Angle Vale.
The transition marked a significant step for the pair, combining two neighbouring offices to create a strengthened presence in Adelaide’s fast-growing northern corridor.
Mr Whiston and Ms Vivian bring more than 10 years of experience in the industry and a clear focus on people - both clients and staff.
“We’re really big on reinvesting in people and the office. We want to build a strong foundation where staff can develop and build their own careers,” Ms Vivian said.
“Customer service is at the heart of what we do, and we pride ourselves on that.”
In Queensland, Ray White Bundaberg and Bargara selling principal and director Warren Hitzke expanded his real estate business portfolio after purchasing an independent sales and property management business in Bargara.
Mr Hitzke, who started Ray White Bundaberg eight years ago, opened his second business in 2022, becoming one of the largest real estate teams in Bundaberg.
“Between my two already established businesses, we have grown to a team of 23 dedicated staff in sales, property management and administration and continue to expand, establishing ourselves as market leaders in the industry,” he said.
In Victoria, it was a bold move to redefine real estate service in Melbourne’s booming west with experienced operators Darren Lambert and Cameron Vurovecz unveiling Ray White West Realty.
Ray White West Realty launched three established offices under the banner of Australasia's largest real estate group in Cairnlea, Caroline Springs and St Albans.
“This rebrand marks a new chapter in our ambition to grow, evolve and serve the west like never before,” managing director Cameron Vurovecz said.
In Western Australia, award-winning agent Edward Lim launched Ray White ELG.
One of Western Australia's very best real estate agents, Mr Lim opened his own business, Ray White ELG based in Victoria Park, marking an exciting new chapter for the top salesperson.
“Launching Ray White ELG was really about growth and giving my clients more. Over the years, I’ve learned what matters most to people when buying or selling, trust, care, and consistency,” Mr Lim said.
“I wanted to build something that reflects those values and allows me to serve my clients in my own genuine way.”
In Ray White Rural & Livestock, local property experts Davin and Janine Geck opened their own business Ray White Rural Boonah | Kalbar.
The Gecks not only have a long background in running farms but have also owned and operated a number of small businesses over the years while raising their four children.
“My greatest pleasure in life is helping people achieve their goals in real estate. Whether it be vendors needing to sell, or buyers looking to buy their dream property,” Mrs Geck said.
“It can be so much fun matching them both up with great job satisfaction as an added bonus.”
In New Zealand, renowned local real estate agent Kevin He and his partner Sunny Sun have kicked off the next step in their journey, joining Ray White and opening Ray White Blockhouse Bay.
“We’re focused on winning more listings and auctions across Blockhouse Bay and neighbouring suburbs, growing a high-performing, values-aligned team, and delivering a consistent five-star client service,” Mr He said.
Daniel Coulson, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said: “We have been humbled to be entrusted with the start of both new and existing members’ ownership journeys, and to play a role in the strategic expansion of a number of businesses that have joined us this year”.
