New business owner, David Tang is aligning with family company, Ray White, opening the new Canley Heights office.

“I began my real estate career as a leasing officer at Ray White Cabramatta ten years ago. Now that I am ready to take the next step and open my own business, I chose to join Ray White because of the strength of the brand.

“Ray White provide support that you don’t get anywhere else,” Mr Tang said.

Mr Tang decided to open in Canley Heights because as a resident himself, he knows and loves the area.

“I love living in Canley Heights. It’s a great family-oriented community with some of the best restaurants in the area.

“I’m involved with the local church youth group and work with the kids to develop their leadership skills. I’m very invested in the community and look forward to establishing my business here.”

With 65 per cent of residents owner-occupiers, Canley Heights saw 124 sales in the last 12 months alone with 60 per cent of these properties selling for over $500,000.

“The market is very competitive. In the past 12 months alone, the median house price increased by $70,000 to $585,000. More people are seeing the value in the area and the serious buyers are out there,” Mr Tang explains.

The Ray White Group can see the potential of the new business.

“We welcome David to the Ray White family. He saw that his business was best aligned with Ray White and we are looking forward to seeing David’s business grow and thrive,” says Stephen Nell, CEO Ray White NSW.

For Mr Tang, his aspiration is simple: to be the most respected brand in the area.

“I want to offer the residents of Canley Heights a new-way in real estate. I want to earn the trust and respect of the community by providing a greater service to help people achieve their property goals,” Mr Tang concludes.
