Ray White Bribie Island’s auction extravaganza sets new benchmark
The Ray White Bribie Island Auction Extravaganza has once again proven the power of auction momentum, recording more than $9.7 million in total sales.
With strong competition from 61 registered bidders throughout the day, the event saw an impressive 90.9 per cent clearance rate.
Held in-room with a buzzing crowd, the event had a true community feel; complete with a complimentary coƯee van, live DJ, lucky door prizes, and lunch catering by Subway; creating an atmosphere that blended excitement, energy, and local support.
The standout of the day was 4 Howard Court, Sandstone Point, which smashed local records, selling under the hammer for an astonishing $1.8 million. With 16 registered bidders and 38 spirited bids, the sale set a new benchmark for Sandstone Point, showcasing the strong demand for premium waterfront homes.
Ray White Bribie Island principal Bryce Hawkins said the results were a reflection of the team’s hard work and the market’s confidence.
