Ray White Lower North Shore have set new suburb records in Crows Nest and Artarmon with two big sales.
Agents Steve and Daniel Cakmak maintain their 100 per cent clearance rate, with a record breaking sale at 16/6 Buller Road, Artarmon for $627,000 - a new benchmark for one bedroom apartments in the suburb.
“We had a great marketing campaign in the lead up to the auction and we were confident of a sale on the day.
“Over 40 groups inspected the property with 12 requesting contracts. On the day six registered to bid and two parties were bidding competitively until the end,” Steve and Daniel said.
In Crows Nest, David Gillan and Helen Noble followed the record-breaking trend with the sale of 94 Hayberry Street for $2,250m - $100,000 over reserve.
With a crowd of more than 50 people at the onsite auction, four registered to bid on the day.
“There were two who fought it out with strong bidding throughout the auction.
“During the marketing campaign, 145 groups inspected the property and about 15 contracts were issued. We knew that there was a chance we could set a new suburb record with this sale and we’re thrilled with the result,” David and Helen explain.
