THERE is a new leader behind the long time family-owned business at Ray White Shailer Park.

Rebecca Hoswell, new Principal of Ray White Shailer Park, has a wealth of experience in the Property Management sector and has worked within the business as head of the department for the last seven years.

“I am really looking forward to growing and improving the business and team substantially over the coming months,” Ms Hoswell said.

Ms Hoswell has built a reputation for maintaining exceptionally high standards in her Property Management team and will be bringing this energy to the rest of the business.

Ray White Queensland CEO Tony Warland said he was thrilled to see Ms Hoswell step up from the ranks of property management into business ownership.

“It is a natural move for Rebecca to take the reigns as business owner, and she already exemplifies the qualities we look for in a leader here at Ray White. We look forward to supporting her in her ambitions,” Mr Warland said.

The change comes as Keith Nicholson hands over the family business to Ms Hoswell.

Keith’s father, Ray Nicholson, is well known in the area having worked in the business for more than 20 years and will be continuing on as a sales agent.

The existing team members will remain within the business, with plans to expand the team in the future.

“We are really looking forward to cementing our status as the local experts in our community.”
