Ray White Hassall Grove directors Gavin Harlow and Hussain Mufti are rebranding to join the Ray White family in order to reach their next level of growth through the strength of Australia’s biggest real estate agency. The pair have been working in Western Sydney for many years, and have formed strong relationships with their local community. The district of Mt Druitt is renowned for it’s value for money as the Sydney property market continues to grow. Ray White NSW chairman Stephen Nell welcomed Hussain Mufti and Gavin Harlow to the Ray White family. “They are joining a big family and we’ll give them all the support they need. We look forward to supporting them as they grow,” he said. Mr Harlow, who has lived in the area for the last 30 years, has very good local knowledge after selling real estate there for the last 13 years. “Our business has always been about making it easy for buyers and sellers. If they’ve got a family, we’ll work around them as we are all about delivering great service,” Mr Harlow said. “We focus on our relationships, with lots of referrals and repeat business. Every person is important to us and we will continue focusing on building fantastic relationships “ Mr Mufti said Ray White’s reputation and strong brand presence will give them an edge over their competitors “because we will offer an end to end solution between real estate and finance like no other”. “We chose to join the Ray White family as we firmly believe that by automating and streamlining our processes, we are going to become more efficient and ultimately deliver much better service to the local community. We are confident that the change will be positive, and we are looking forward to increasing our market share around the local area.” Mr Mufti has been in finance for the past 12 years. His business, Mufti Finance offers financial planning as well as mortgage broking solutions to their clients. He saw an opportunity in real estate, and after some thought he established an agency jointly with Mr Harlow in 2011. “I’m very excited about the transition to Ray White. We want to be the most trusted team in the area.” Mr Mufti said.
