Ray White Double Bay Principal Elliott Placks and agent Thomas Popple are marketing two houses on the one title at 132 Stuart St, Blakehurst on 2494 sqm of prime elevated land in the St George area with a price guide of $15 million.

These two waterfront properties, Bedarra and Bedarra East, are perfectly situated to ensure an indoor/outdoor lifestyle in blissful privacy with no neighbours to your west and just a handful of properties on the east side of Bald Face Point.

Mr Popple said the huge landscaped block descends all the way from street to absolute waterfront with its private sandy beach access.

“This is an incredible estate that enjoys sweeping views and a multitude of living and entertaining spaces, including a pool, manicured gardens, sundecks, two boathouses, boat ramp and jetty with pontoon,” he said.

The quiet cul-de-sac address is minutes from schools, village shops and transport, while handy to Westfield Miranda and Westfield Hurstville.

Private school bus pick ups are close by for PLC Sydney, MLC School, Meriden, Newington College, The Scots College (including prep) and Trinity College.

Sellers Phillip and Ann Joseph say the best thing they love about living at 132 Stuart St, Blakehurst for the last 33 years was the privacy, peace, quiet and the beautiful views.

“It’s a very warm, relaxed and tranquil house. We also have two boat houses, and we have kayaks and beaches all to ourselves as no-one else can access them,” Mr Joseph said.

“The air is clean and clear here too. We also have wonderful neighbours, who have all been here a long time. It’s a wonderful community.”

The Josephs are only the second owner of the house build in 1952 and renovated to perfection.

The Josephs are planning to move closer to their grown up children in the inner west and spend more time with their four young grandsons.

Mrs Joseph said it was a wonderful home to raise their family in but it was time now for another young family to enjoy.

“We moved in a week before our son’s first birthday and our kids grew up here but now we are downsizing, it’s the right time for us to .”

“We have never taken the view for granted. We have appreciated it every day, it’s so private and peaceful here. It’s so safe for kids, and we have lovely neighbours and we can even see the fireworks at Cronulla Beach.”

These properties are available only in one line and by expressions of interest.
