Sellers Phillip and Ann Joseph say the best thing they love about living at 132 Stuart St, Blakehurst for the last 33 years was the privacy, peace, quiet and the beautiful views.
“It’s a very warm, relaxed and tranquil house. We also have two boat houses, and we have kayaks and beaches all to ourselves as no-one else can access them,” Mr Joseph said.
“The air is clean and clear here too. We also have wonderful neighbours, who have all been here a long time. It’s a wonderful community.”
The Josephs are only the second owner of the house build in 1952 and renovated to perfection.
The Josephs are planning to move closer to their grown up children in the inner west and spend more time with their four young grandsons.
Mrs Joseph said it was a wonderful home to raise their family in but it was time now for another young family to enjoy.
“We moved in a week before our son’s first birthday and our kids grew up here but now we are downsizing, it’s the right time for us to .”
“We have never taken the view for granted. We have appreciated it every day, it’s so private and peaceful here. It’s so safe for kids, and we have lovely neighbours and we can even see the fireworks at Cronulla Beach.”
