Two character homes being auctioned on-site at Leichhardt in Sydney’s inner-west this weekend have attracted strong interest, according to Australasia’s largest real estate and property group Ray White.
The properties at 4 Roseby Street, Leichhardt, and 4 Edith Street, Leichhardt, are both being marketed by Ray White Leichhardt Principal David Eastway.
Ray White Leichhardt Principal and Auctioneer James Price said the approximately 94.8 sqm two bedroom semi-detached home at 4 Roseby St had attracted 16 interested parties.
“This home is half the size of the average block in Leichhardt but the indications are that it may command a comparable price to some of the average sized houses,” he said.
Mr Price said 64 Edith St, a stylishly renovated, original federation-style two bedroom semi-detached home, had 17 interested parties.
“As there is keen interest in both properties there are high expectations of a successful auction on Saturday,” he said.
Both homes are on quiet streets but within walking distance of Leichhardt’s revered shopping, dining and café precinct.
The auction for 4 Roseby St will be held at 10am (AEDT) on Saturday, while the auction at 64 Edith St will be held on-site at 11am (AEDT) on Saturday.
