Big Start to 2015 for Ray White Commercial Central Auckland

Bruce Whillans’ team at Ray White Commercial Central Auckland has achieved a remarkable $73 million in sales in the first two months of 2015.

The agency’s Kathy Ying rang in the Chinese New Year by selling $48 million worth of property to two separate investors based in China including a 4387 sqm Queen St office tower for $23.2 million for a 7.2 per cent yield.

Kathy Ying also sold a large 3.9 ha block of mixed use zoned land in the Albany Estate for $25 million.

Stuart Bode and Henry Thompson sold two new purpose-built fast-food restaurants on Oteha Valley Rd in the Albany City Centre as one parcel for $5.89 million, representing an initial yield of 5 per cent, and 8.1 ha of prime medium/high density residential development land less than 1km from the new Westgate Town Centre for $12.5 million.
