CARRARA now has a new real estate player with experienced businessman Mushood Chothia (pictured above) opening Ray White Carrara.

Mr Chothia, who originally hails from South Africa, has more than three decades of business experience in the western Gold Coast area and said he credits his success to always putting the customer first.“The most important thing is to be fair with the customer. People are always looking for good service and salespeople who follow up and return on what they promise,” Mr Chothia said.“I value integrity, good quality service and believe in treating people as if they are family.“How I do business, is good for business and ensures return customers who are loyal.”Mr Chothia felt that this approach to his business fit well with the family values of Ray White and is joined by wife Adeelah Chothia (pictured above) as office administrator. Ms Chothia has worked with her husband for two decades.“Ray White is a very family orientated business and has made me feel at home,” he said.“Not only do their values align with mine but the leading agency also offers superior support and training along with a wide reaching brand recognition.”The Carrara area boasts a range of different clients and stock but Mr Chothia said the goal is to become specialists in all segments of the local market using top sales performers who mirror his values.“In the area there are a lot of family homes and developments that are only a few years old. There’s also a mix of age groups as well as the man-made waterfront development along the Nerang River,” he said.“My ambition is to grow our sales and property management teams to best serve the local community.”Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew welcomed Mr Chothia to the Ray White group.“We are delighted that Mushood has chosen to partner with Ray White in a growing market like Carrara,” Mr Andrew said.“We wish him all the best and look forward to celebrating his success.”
