LOCAL expert Stuart Sinclair (pictured above left with agents Renee Spiteri and Jeff Carryer) has expanded his real estate offering into a new market with the opening of Ray White Bulahdelah.

The Ray White Tea Gardens | Hawks Nest principal said the expansion into Bulahdelah came as a result of his ambition to build a bigger team, property management and move into the rural market.

Mr Sinclair said the town of Bulahdelah, which is only about 30 minutes from Tea Gardens, was just starting to find its own identity and would benefit from a stronger Ray White presence in the area.

“I just found over the last 12 months that more and more people were coming to us, looking for the assistance of a nationally recognised brand to market their property,” Mr Sinclair said.

“We owe it to them to have a window up there and for us to deliver on what they are asking.

“We are all locals but we have the backing of a national franchise and that helps us better serve our customers.”

In Bulahdelah and the surrounding regions, property ranges from from 2ha to 50ha and runs all the way to Gloucester and Stroud.

“There are a lot of cattle farms in the area but we are also seeing the rise of small, intense farming and lifestyle properties,” Mr Sinclair said.

“There are a lot of treechangers and younger people coming along, whereas before it was just retirees looking for a change.”

After a 20 year career in the hospitality, holiday park and property management industries, Stuart Sinclair said he is grateful for the support he has received from leading group Ray White, since opening his first office in 2015.

“I immediately rebranded the agency to Ray White as the town needed a fresh, stylish and trustworthy brand,” he said.

“I am immensely proud to be seeing that first office continue to grow and to help my local community.”

Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew Mculloch was thrilled by Mr Sinclair’s expansion.

“The expansion for our Tea Gardens | Hawks Nest team is fantastic news and Stuart should be proud of how far he has come already, achieving elite status in our group and building a thriving business,” Mr McCulloch said.

“We look forward to supporting him and his team as they continue to provide the best possible service to his customers.”
