The home of the general manager of family-run business, Cordina Chicken Farms, is on the market for the first time with price expectations over $1.385m.

Daniel Cordina built the home at 12 Benbullen Way, Castle Hill for his family in the year 2000 with a focus on creating space.

“I was heavily involved with the building process and my nephew project managed the construction of the home.

“We created an open and spacious home and that’s what we’ve really loved about it over the years. We’ve had 30-odd people in the house with plenty of room to spare,” Mr Cordina said.

A functional property , Mr Cordina says the residence is best suited to young families.

“We designed a family home - not just something nice to look at. It was important to us that we created a practical household,” Mr Cordina explains.

Marketed through Sandy Ward of Ray White Dural, 12 Benbullen Way features formal living and dining areas, covered outdoor terraces, an eat-in chef’s kitchen and designer finishings throughout the home.

‘The four bedroom, three bathroom property offers a classic and timeless design.

“This is not only a spectacular place to raise your family, it’s also perfect for those who love to entertain at home,” Ms Ward said.

For Mr Cordina, the time has come to downsize.

“I’ve loved this home and I’ll miss the memories. Now that my family has grown, I just don’t need the space and it’s time to start a new chapter. I’ve purchased an apartment to move in to.

“I hope that the new owners of this home enjoy it as much as me and my family have over the years,” Mr Cordina concludes.
