Local agent, Dien Tran, has taken a leap in his career to open the doors to Ray White Footscray.
Local agent, Dien Tran, has taken a leap in his career to open the doors to Ray White Footscray.
Fluent in English, Vietnamese, Cantonese and Mandarin, Dien saw that his new business was best placed in the multicultural suburb.
“What the Footscray property market is lacking is an agency that can effectively work with residents whose first language is not English. There is a huge Asian market that I believe I will be able to provide a better level of service to,” Dien explains.
The multilingual real estate agent harboured a love for sales from a young age and began his career when he was 12 years old.
“I’ve been in sales - in various different industries - my whole life. I decided to join the real estate industry about two years ago and since then my career has gone from strength to strength.
“I realised that in order to keep this momentum, the time had come to take the next step in my career, and that’s when I decided it was time to open my own business,” Dien explained.
With what Dien describes as a “booming” market, the future of Footscray property is looking bright.
“The market is strong - the serious buyers are out there and more people are seeing Footscray as a suburb of choice. Being only five kilometres from the City, the area is convenient and there are property types that suit every budget, with an even split of properties selling above and below $500,000.
“The area offers attractive investment opportunities with 54 per cent of residents renting their home,” Dien said.
The Ray White Group are confident Dien’s business will excel in the Footscray marketplace.
“Dien has an innate understanding of the area and what it offers residents. He saw that his business was best aligned with the Ray White brand and we are looking forward to seeing his business grow and thrive,” Kristy Bartlett, General Manager of Ray White Victoria said.
For Dien, his aspiration is to offer everyone in the community a better way of real estate.
“The technology and support Ray White offers me can be translated to the service I provide my clients. To be able to bring a different way of real estate to Footscray is exciting and I’m looking forward to helping the local community achieve their real estate goals,” Dien concludes.
