Well-known local agents, Driss Doukari and Warren Hitzke have opened the doors to the newest Ray White business in town, Bundaberg City.
Having worked with Ray White as agents in the Bundaberg area for a collective 15 years, Driss and Warren say it is a natural progression to step into business ownership.
“Nothing about our service will change - it will still be the one-on-one experience we’ve always provided to our clients. The only difference is we’re now equipped as business owners to introduce more tools and resources to create an even better journey for our clients.
“We are still the agents that are here to help,” they said.
Both long-time locals of the area, Driss and Warren are passionate about the Bundaberg community.
“We love what we do, and we love where we do it. Our plan is to build a business that will support all facets of property so no matter what the people of Bundaberg need, we’ll be able to help them,” Driss said.
Ray White CEO, Tony Warland agreed that the opening of Ray White Bundaberg City was a natural step for Driss and Warren.
“Driss and Warren bring genuine value to the local real estate market. They have both enjoyed exceptional careers as sales performers in Bundaberg for many years. We are most proud of their ambition to become business leaders, and we look forward to supporting them as their business grows,” he said.
For Warren and Driss, their ambition is clear: to be a one-stop-shop for the community of Bundaberg.
“The main priority for us is - and has always been - our clients. Making sure our customers have the very best experience as they go on their property journey is the most important thing.
“As we build a trusted and reliable sales team, we have ambitions to expand into property management and establish a finance arm to the business so that we can truly provide a holistic service to the people of Bundaberg.”
