STAR agent Nick Strilakos has made the move to high performing south-east Melbourne office Ray White Oakleigh.
Mr Strilakos has been in the industry for 13 years, beginning his career as a personal assistant with Ray White. But his love for real estate began in his early teens, when he knew he wanted to become an agent after following his property punter father to weekend auctions across Melbourne.
The star Melbourne agent will be bringing a team of three ambitious sales agents with him and said the decision for him to move to Ray White Oakleigh was largely motivated by the opportunity for further mentoring.
“I was mainly attracted to Ray White Oakleigh because of Chris Kelepouris, the CEO, he opened a business at 20 years old and the experience he can pass on was a big drawcard,” Mr Strilakos said.
"To be mentored by a man with a proven track record and with a big heart and moral compass identical to mine was a very easy decision.
“He also has a really young, energetic team, I think I can give something of what I have learned to them and I think there is a lot I can learn from them.
“The culture is something my team really want to be a part of, it’s a new challenge which we are excited about.
“My team and I will give 200 per cent to Chris and the family at Ray White Oakleigh, which I’m proud to call home.”
Mr Strilakos said the family values instilled by the White family in each franchise has always appealed to him and said “Ray White feels like home”.
The Strilakos team also have some ambitious goals and plan to stamp their mark on the Oakleigh area.
“We’re starting in a completely different market but I think I have one of the biggest and best teams in the area, no one can beat us on passion, process and professionalism.”
