Real estate professional, Theo Alexandrou has partnered with Australasia’s largest property group to open Ray White in Mandurah, on the famous coastal canal strip just south of Perth.

Mandurah has a close connection to the water, whether it be the beach, estuary, canals or river.

After moving from Kent in the United Kingdom at age 18, Mr Alexandrou began his real estate journey at 21 and quickly fell in love with the unique Mandurah lifestyle.

It’s been a long held ambition for Mr Alexandrou to open his own business, and now together with his wife Emma, they have realised their dream.

“Mandurah as a region really is a very special place to live, with water everywhere you look.We love the area and the people and use local suppliers and tradies to support our local community,” said Mr Alexandrou who has nine years experience in the industry.

“People will know and recognise me from the local area, and I’m now at Ray White and opening my own business which is a natural progression for me.

“We pride ourselves on our integrity, energy, hard work and good old fashioned service which we hope will hold us in good stead in our new venture.”

Ray White Mandurah will service suburbs across the city of Mandurah and parts of the Murray Shire. The business will offer a range of property, from beachfront property, to canal homes, estuary front property, riverfront homes, easy care lots, good family size homes on around 450sqm through to 1000sqm, and up again to 2,000sqm lots, as well as larger lots in certain lifestyle pockets.

The Alexandrous were impressed by the family values at Ray White, and the fact the group offered the best cutting edge technology to help service their community.

“I have had nothing but support from the corporate team in Perth and across the group. We may have changed our colours but we offer the same customer service.”

Ray White Western Australia chief executive Mark Whiteman welcomed Theo and Emma to the group.

“Theo and Emma are an exciting partnership and I am impressed with how well regarded he is in the community,” Mr Whiteman said.

“Like many companies our ambition is to keep improving and growing, but it is important that we grow with the right people and we are confident that Theo, Emma and personal assistant Jarrad are a great addition to our family,” Mr Whiteman added

“These are exciting times and look forward to supporting Theo and Emma’s ambitions over the coming years.”
