Leading real estate agency Ray White Bundaberg has undergone a changing of the guard with multi-award winning sales agents Warren Hitzke and Driss Doukari becoming new principals for the franchise.
Mr Hitzke and Mr Doukari will share ownership of Ray White Bundaberg with local real estate industry stalwart Bill Young, who will continue with the business as the property manager.
Both Mr Hitzke and Mr Doukari have constantly been among the top 10 sales agents for Ray White in the Central Queensland zone.
They have also been recognized as Alan White Premier Members, which is an accolade awarded to high performing selling agents who settle a minimum of 30 plus properties in a single year.
Mr Hitzke said Ray White Bundaberg had been one of the most successful agencies in the district for more than 25 years and he and Mr Doukari were committed to building on the achievements of Bill Young.
“Driss and I are delighted to be stepping up to take over the sales department of Ray White Bundaberg and we are indebted to Bill for giving us this exciting opportunity,” he said.
Mr Doukari said Ray White Bundaberg will remain firmly focused on providing the highest level of customer service.

Mr Young said he was thrilled Mr Hitzke and Mr Doukari had become co-principals of Ray White Bundaberg.
