High profile tenanted commercial properties have been sold for almost $13 million at the latest Ray White Commercial investment auction in Brisbane.

The packed out event at Ray White’s Corporate auction rooms at 111 Eagle St, Brisbane, showcased six outstanding tenanted commercial investment opportunities.

Ray White Commercial Senior Director Auctions and Investments, Richard Impiombato, said there was great anticipation about the August auction after the June event achieved a 100 per cent clearance rate and total sales of $6.265 million.

Mr Impiombato said two of the six properties were sold prior to auction and one was sold under the hammer by Ray White Queensland’s Chief Auctioneer Philip Parker while negotiations were continuing on the other offerings with sales expected soon.

“We had a fantastic turnout for the event which so far has achieved sales of $12.85 million,” he said.

“Investment sale auction transactions have been achieving a high clearance rate this year to highlight how the ‘trifecta’ of a long lease, secure covenant and attractive location are in strong demand.”

The next commercial investment auction day will be held on September 18 in Melbourne while the next Brisbane event will be on October 21.
