The local property market has been given a boost with a high profile agent joining forces with Australia’s largest real estate brand, opening Ray White Banyo.

Renee Rennie started her career in real estate 10 years ago and said stepping into business leadership was a natural progression.

“The local community has given me so much opportunity as an agent and I feel it’s the right time to open my own business. The Ray White family values really shine through and I want to bring that culture to the people of Banyo,” she said.

Seeing a positive shift in the Banyo property market, Renee said it’s a transformative time for the area.

“It’s an exciting time for real estate in Banyo. We’re seeing impressive development in the area as more people move here. A lot of young families and couples are buying in Banyo and wonderful new businesses and restaurants are opening.

“Banyo has become a community that has everything you need - there’s no reason to go anywhere else,” Renee said.

For Ray White Queensland CEO, Tony Warland, welcoming Renee to the Group was a huge pleasure.

“Renee has been a stand out agent in her market for many years. She is a well-known and respected professional of her local community and we are so excited to support her as she grows her business.

“We are delighted to welcome Renee to the Ray White family,” he said.

As a local resident, Renee has clear ambitions for her business: to be more than simply a real estate agency.

“I love helping people on their property journey. I want Ray White Banyo to be the sort of place where you have a great experience from the moment you walk in the door – no matter who you are or what you need.

“As I build my team my number one priority is to never lose sight of that personal touch,” Renee said.

Opening the doors to Ray White Banyo on 10 October, Renee and the team invite locals to come in and say hello.
