Australia’s biggest real estate brand comes to Swan Hill

Two of Swan Hill’s most dynamic young real estate agents, Fiona Hawley and Cameron Smits, have opened the door to their new Ray White business.

Combining their personalised service and local knowledge with Australia’s biggest real estate brand, Fiona said the move was a natural progression as the duo embark on the next stage of their careers.

“Cameron and I have worked as a team for six years and nothing about our service will change - it will still be the one-on-one experience we’ve always provided to our clients. The only difference is we’re now equipped with all the extra tools and resources that comes with a brand like Ray White,” she said.

Both specialising in residential sales, Fiona and Cameron have already expanded to include a property management division in their business.

“We have hired one of the most experienced property managers in the Swan Hill district and we have plans to grow that area of the business significantly. Swan Hill offers affordable prices with good rental yields so it’s an attractive market for investors.

“Overall, there are plenty of buyers trying to get a foot in Swan Hill’s property market,” Cameron explained.
