Ray White Queensland Chief Auctioneer Gavin Croft is one of the most experienced operators in the industry. Gavin has 24 years experience in the real estate industry as a salesperson, auctioneer, business owner and state manager for some of Australasia's leading brands. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than 20,000 property transactions but he has a keen strategic interest in bettering the consumer experience. His devotion to his craft has seen Gavin win both awards and admiration of his peers across all levels, including winning REINSW auctioneer of the year twice as well as the REIQ auctioneer of the year.

Joining the Ray White Queensland team in 2020 in his role as CEO - Queensland, Jason principally works in providing leadership to Ray White’s network of offices throughout the state. He works with business owners to drive their market share, focusing on the key pillars of recruitment, auctions and performance. Jason also works closely with Ray White’s national resources to assist with the delivery of group solutions tailored for these markets.

As the principal and owner of Ray White Wilston, Mitch is renowned for his real estate acumen and his auctioneering prowess, having conducted over 8000 auctions in his career and was the most booked auctioneer in the state. An Australasian Auctioneer finalist, Mitch’s auctions are high energy, high impact and he is widely considered one of the best auctioneers in the country.

With two decades of experience in real estate, Grant stands as a distinguished figure in the industry. As Principal of Ray White Mt Gravatt, Grant has honed his expertise as both a selling agent and auctioneer, becoming a trusted advisor for countless clients. Grant’s approach is characterised by a blend of strategic insight and personalised service. Phil launched his very successful career in real estate with Ray White Real Estate in 1984. Now, he not only conducts auctions for a variety of real estate agents but also continues to list and sell properties with his beautiful wife, Skye. Over his career, Phil has conducted over 50,000 auctions across residential, commercial, and rural properties, establishing himself as one of the nation's most seasoned and recognised auctioneers.
