Zachary Hardy brings a calm, disciplined and deeply considered approach to real estate, shaped by a career path far from ordinary. Before property, he worked in special effects makeup in the film industry, managed a restaurant, then served in the Army in reconnaissance and as an APC crew commander, including a deployment to Iraq and support during the bushfires.

Drawn to real estate by a long-held interest, Zachary now brings that real-world experience to clients across Everton Park and surrounds. Consistent, strategic and honest, he is known for guiding people with clarity, especially when they feel unsure about their next move. His focus is simple: to help clients feel informed, supported and in control from the first conversation through to the final result.

Away from work, Zachary is an active local dad, involved in his children’s school, church community, running clubs and regular Parkruns. He loves the space, lifestyle and calm of the area, along with easy access to the city.
