Zachary accepted the role of Managing Director in July 2025. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and is widely recognized for his outstanding abilities in communication, management, reporting, and problem-solving. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the office at all times, delivering efficient and highly professional service for all transactions conducted through Ray White Lara.

Having worked in the same industry for 11 years, in 2015 Zac made a deliberate decision to pursue a career in business. The opportunity to join the family organization founded by his mother, Jo Boothroyd in 2008 made this decision an easy one. His various roles throughout business administration and operations management has enabled Zachary to aquire comprehensive knowledge across both Business and the Real Estate Industry, enabling him to provide valuable support to his team and his customers across all functional areas.

As Director, his unwavering commitment to maintaining an award winning environment for both his team and his customers, underscores his commitment to the ongoing success of the Ray White Lara, positioning him as a true leader of the organization.

Outside of the office, Zac finds joy in pursuing his interests, which include triathlon, golf, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
